Established in 2011, Boulangerie Bon Matin is a French bakery nestled in the cosmopolitan area of Finsbury Park. It’s warm atmosphere and Provencale décor attracts old and young alike. All are welcome here.
The director, Dahmane Ladjassa, has worked with food since childhood. His earliest recollections are of being in the kitchen, working with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce simple, hearty food. These principles have stayed with him to this day, enhanced by his training as a Chef at Westminster Kingsway College. There he received a Distinction and prizes for creativity and innovation. At Boulangerie Bon Matin, food is an experience to be shared and memories created with loved ones.
The display of beautifully arranged, freshly baked patisserie beckons from the window. You will also find a cornucopia of choice from healthy Mediterranean salads to delectable treats for the sweetest tooth.
