Dahmane Ladjassa has worked with food since childhood. His earliest recollections are of the kitchen, working with fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce simple, hearty food. These principles have stayed with him to this day, enhanced by his training as a Chef at Westminster Kingsway College where he received a Distinction and prizes for creativity and innovation. For him, food has always been about more than the satisfaction of hunger. It is an experience to be shared, and memories to be created with loved ones.
The display of beautifully arranged Patisserie baked freshly on site beckons from the window. For the coffee connoisseur, each Barista is specially trained to produce the best coffee to your liking, using freshly ground beans from the heart of Italy.
